Failure: is it the end ?

Failure is a part and  parcel of the success process. It could happen to anyone. Even bright students flunk. But it is not the end of the world. Never expect the sky! Be realistic about your potential. Psychologists point out 3 broad psychological reasons for failures:

1. Fear of performance, because of which students unable to focus on their studies.

2. Overconfidence, because of which some students don't see the need to study.

3. And the absence of an academic orientation implying that a student is happy to just the exams;not aspiring for any thing more than a passing grade.

If you fail in your attempt, please analyze your earlier planning process. Find out the causes which have contributed to your failure. You can seek help of your friends, teacher or parents in this process. Once you have identified the causes, try to find out their cures. Have a new, improved plan and start again. Picking up the threads again may be a tough task but it is not impossible. You must remember that there is no short cut to success. Its only route is hard work and sincerity...!!
